150 GRAMS CRUSHED KHASTA1 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED ONION1 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED TOMATO4 SMALL FINE CHOPPED CHILI75 GRAMS OF CHOPPED CABBAGE1 T/S CHAAT MASALA1 T/S LEMON JUICE2 T/S FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES50 GRAMS OF GRATED AMUL CHEESE
METHODS
TAKE A LARGE BOWL.ADD SOME CRUSHED KHASTA ,CHOPPED ONION,TOMATO,CHILI,CABBAGE,CORIANDER,LEMON JUICE AND CHAAT MASALA.ADD GRATED CHEESE AND MIX IT WELL. AND SERVE IT.                                    ##LET'S SEE THIS RECIPE STEP BY STEP##
STEP 1:-
TAKE A BOWL AND ADD KHASTA.
STEP 2:-
TAKE A BOWL. ADD ONION, TOMATO & CHILI.
STEP 3:-
ADD GRATED CHEESE .
STEP 4:-
ADD CHOPPED CABBAGE.
STEP 5:-
ADD LEMON JUICE & CHAAT MASALA & FRESH CORIANDER.
STEP 6:-
MIX IT WELL.

1/2 CUP SOAKED MUNG DAL(SPLIT GREEN GRAM)1 CUP MIX GRATED CARROT&CABBAGE1 WHOLE CRUSHED GARLIC4 SLICED GREEN CHILI1 CUP SPRING ONION1 CUP SPRING ONION LEAVES1 T/S BIG MUSTARD SEEDS1 T/S SPLIT BLACK GRAM1/2 T/S ASAFOETIDA1 T/S LEMON JUICE3 T/S OIL1/2 CUP FRESH CORIANDERSALT TO TASTE METHOD

 HEAT A PAN. ADD OIL AND TEMPERING WITH MUSTARD,SPLIT BLACK GRAM,  ASAFOETIDA AND STIR IT WELL. ADD CRUSHED GARLIC & CHILI. AGAIN TOSS  IT WELL. ADD SPLIT GREEN GRAM OR MUNG DAL AND MIX IT WELL.NOW ADD GRATED CARROT & CABBAGE AGAIN MIX IT WELL THEN ADD SPRING ONION AND AGAIN MIX IT WELL.ADD SALT TO TASTE. NOW ADD SPRING ONION LEAVES. ADD LEMON JUICE AND FINISHED IT CORIANDER.

STEP 1:-
TAKE A PAN. ADD 3 T/S OIL AND HEAT IT . THEN ADD MUSTARD SEEDS IN IT.
STEP 2:-
ADD SPLIT BLACK GRAM (URAD DAL) AND STIR IT. AFTER THAT ADD ASAFOETIDA IN IT.

STEP 3:-
ADD CHILI & GARLIC AND TOSS IT WELL.

STEP 4:-
NOW ADD SPLIT GREEN GRAM…
