KHASTA EVENING SALAD


INGREDIENTS

  • 150 GRAMS CRUSHED KHASTA
  • 1 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED TOMATO
  • 4 SMALL FINE CHOPPED CHILI
  • 75 GRAMS OF CHOPPED CABBAGE
  • 1 T/S CHAAT MASALA
  • 1 T/S LEMON JUICE
  • 2 T/S FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  • 50 GRAMS OF GRATED AMUL CHEESE

METHODS

  • TAKE A LARGE BOWL.ADD SOME CRUSHED KHASTA ,CHOPPED ONION,TOMATO,CHILI,CABBAGE,CORIANDER,LEMON JUICE AND CHAAT MASALA.
  • ADD GRATED CHEESE AND MIX IT WELL. AND SERVE IT.

STEP 1:-
TAKE A BOWL AND ADD KHASTA.
STEP 2:-
TAKE A BOWL. ADD ONION, TOMATO & CHILI.
STEP 3:-
ADD GRATED CHEESE .
STEP 4:-
ADD CHOPPED CABBAGE.
STEP 5:-
ADD LEMON JUICE & CHAAT MASALA & FRESH CORIANDER.
STEP 6:-
MIX IT WELL.
