KHASTA EVENING SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- 150 GRAMS CRUSHED KHASTA
- 1 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED ONION
- 1 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED TOMATO
- 4 SMALL FINE CHOPPED CHILI
- 75 GRAMS OF CHOPPED CABBAGE
- 1 T/S CHAAT MASALA
- 1 T/S LEMON JUICE
- 2 T/S FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
- 50 GRAMS OF GRATED AMUL CHEESE
METHODS
- TAKE A LARGE BOWL.ADD SOME CRUSHED KHASTA ,CHOPPED ONION,TOMATO,CHILI,CABBAGE,CORIANDER,LEMON JUICE AND CHAAT MASALA.
- ADD GRATED CHEESE AND MIX IT WELL. AND SERVE IT.
