ALOO KA BHARTA


INGREDIENTS
  • 200 GRAMS BOILED POTATOES
  • 1 BIG ONION,FINELY CHOPPED
  • 3 CHILIS,FINELY CHOPPED
  • 1/2 T/S MUSTARD SEEDS
  • 1/2 T/S CUMIN
  • 3 T/S CORIANDER LEAVES,FINELY CHOPPED
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • 2 T/S OIL

METHOD
  • HEAT A KADHAI. ADD OIL AND NOW ADD MUSTARD & CUMIN.
  • AFTER TEMPERING NOW ADD CHOPPED ONION & CHILI AND STIR FRY.
  • NOW ADD BOILED POTATOES,SALT &MASH IT THEN MIX IT WELL.
  • ADD SOME FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
  • MIX IT WELL.

STEP 1:-
HEAT A KADHAI. ADD OIL AND MUSTARD & CUMIN. FRY IT FOR 20 SECONDS.

STEP 2:-
ADD ONION & CHILI AND STIR FRY IT.















STEP 3:-
ADD BOILED POTATOES.














STEP 4:-
ADD SALT.














STEP 5:-
MASH IT. THEN MIX IT WELL.













STEP 6:-
FINISHED WITH SOME FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER. AGAIN MIX IT WELL.
