ALOO KA BHARTA
INGREDIENTS
- 200 GRAMS BOILED POTATOES
- 1 BIG ONION,FINELY CHOPPED
- 3 CHILIS,FINELY CHOPPED
- 1/2 T/S MUSTARD SEEDS
- 1/2 T/S CUMIN
- 3 T/S CORIANDER LEAVES,FINELY CHOPPED
- SALT TO TASTE
- 2 T/S OIL
METHOD
- HEAT A KADHAI. ADD OIL AND NOW ADD MUSTARD & CUMIN.
- AFTER TEMPERING NOW ADD CHOPPED ONION & CHILI AND STIR FRY.
- NOW ADD BOILED POTATOES,SALT &MASH IT THEN MIX IT WELL.
- ADD SOME FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
- MIX IT WELL.
###NOW LET'S SEE THIS RECIPE STEP BY STEP###
STEP 1:-
HEAT A KADHAI. ADD OIL AND MUSTARD & CUMIN. FRY IT FOR 20 SECONDS.
STEP 2:-
ADD ONION & CHILI AND STIR FRY IT.
STEP 3:-
ADD BOILED POTATOES.
STEP 4:-
ADD SALT.
STEP 5:-
MASH IT. THEN MIX IT WELL.
STEP 6:-
FINISHED WITH SOME FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER. AGAIN MIX IT WELL.
